Cosmo is Timmy’s Fairy Godfather. He’s got a great sense of humor, loads of excessive energy and he’s always in a good mood. The only thing is, he’s really got no idea what he’s doing in the magic department. But what he lacks in skill, smarts and ability to do things well, he certainly makes up for in enthusiasm. Cosmo is a green-haired whirlwind of excitement that doesn’t let things like logic stop him. And it sure keeps things interesting in the life of his latest assignment—Timmy Turner.
